The CDBtw dust box is designed for the grinding needs of technicians to prolong the service life of the dust suction motor. Unlike the general dust collector which only uses a single dust bag, the CDBtw dust box has a large capacity and does not affect the suction. It effectively filters the dust to prevent it from entering the dust suction motor and prevent the failure of the dust collector.

Six filter layers:These six filter layers have different apertures and materials to improve overall filtration efficiency and ensure superior performance and long-lasting operation of the dust collector.

  • The aperture of the first spacer is 6mm
  • The second spacer is made of non-woven fabric
  • The aperture of the third spacer is 4mm
  • The fourth spacer is made of non-woven fabric
  • The aperture of the fifth spacer is 2mm
  • The sixth spacer is 3µm precision filter (function required)

Transparent design: The CDBtw dust box is designed to be semi-transparent, allowing users to easily observe the dust collection status from the outside, making it convenient for maintenance and management.
